How to serilize a needle at home?

Im doing an at home piercing. (DO NOT WANT LECTURES) and I want to know a easy way to disinfect needles. And also is there anyother way I can avoid getting infections? Please hurry up an answer people I'm doing this soon. Thanks bunches (:
