Wow. she likes you. her saying you should ask her out, is her testing you to see if you will. but, there is one more thing about this i see. correct me if i'm wrong. i feel you are both well in to the friend zone, and she seems to like that. for this reason i wouldn't try to push yourself upon her before she does the same to you. let her make the first move, or you may regret it later.
