What is the reason i didnt feel my dmt trip that hard?

You're probably destroying the DMT with the heat from the flame. Oddly enough, DMT needs to be heated to it's vaporization point from underneath of the pipe. You could also sprinkle marijuana on top and light the weed and inhale to vaporize the DMT correctly without damaging it.
