Help for beginner vegetarians?

You didn't list any fruits or vegetables besides salad. A healthy diet is based on fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains and legumes. You won't feel very good if you don't include a wide variety of these foods in your diet everyday. Don't fill up on convenience or junk food like PB&J or mac & cheese, save room for the nutrients you need to be healthy - fresh fruits and veggies!
