Why it takes me 10 minutes to connect to my home internet?

Hi, I am using a Motorola SBG6580 surfboard extreme wireless cable modem gateway. There this one issue that bothers me everyday. I have a laptop that I use in school and home. but what gives a headache is that every time I was trying to connect my laptop to my home internet (Charter internet), it always took almost 10-20 minutes to fully connected. what I mean FULLY is that the notification area shows the connection to the home internet, but when I open a browser(chrome), my home page doesnt open, after maybe like 5 minutes, my homepage finnally opened. but when i was trying to open other sites, its a NO, NO... I have to wait like 20 minutes, so that I can really open every site. This situation never happened to me in school or anyother places until i used this router and Charter Internet service. I am not sure if its the router's problem or the Charter's. I was so mad sometime that I need to use Internet to take care of something in a hurry... So, I was wondering if someone has a similar problem and knows how to solve this issue. I followed the simply router installation that came with the package. I have to ensure an arrest. I feel as though I am in physical danger. The person that I have to file the report on is caught up in drug dealing and drug abuse. We work together and he is 5 years older (I'm 19). He stopped by my station like everyone does who I work with and sat down. He was training another guy because it was his first day. He started asking us both questions to get to know us better but then it became him just asking me questions. They weren't normal get to know you questions. They were are you a tomboy or a girlie girl, take out and a movie or classy restaurant, jeans or a dress, tattoos (which he has three) or piercings, high heels or flip flops. We chatted and then he said he would be back later. He came up to my station a second time, towards when I should have gone on break but the officer that was supposed to give me my break had a call. He kept muttering where are you (insert officer's name), and I'm not sure that he knew I could hear him. He left to take his break while I waited for the officer to give mine. When he left he joked about how much I talked (neither of us said very much this time), and I told him I just couldn't shut up (very sarcastically), and he laughed and said shut up and that he'd see me later. The third time he came in he saw the other officer (a girl, plus officers aren't supposed to stay that long) and he told her to get the **** out (in a sort of joking tone). I Am So Disgusted With Certain Family Members Right Now?

My mother has always been controlling and co-dependent on her children. Don't get me wrong, she was also very loving and nurturing but...controlling. She has always been both emotionally and financially co-dependent on her children, now aged 34 & 36. I finally had enough and moved out at the age of 29yrs and have lived independently since. My sibling lives with her but strongly desires to move out into his own place. He won't do this out of fear of what will happen to my mother. He refuses to admit this to her but has told me this is the reason he hesitates to leave. My mother has been on unemployment for maybe 1 1/2 - 2 yrs. She is trying to collect SSI and disability. As you probably know...this is a time consuming process but she wasn't exactly in a hurry. She now only has about 1.5 month left to collect unemployment. Recently, my sibling voiced his desire to have his own place. My mother agreed and when he asked what she planned to do....she told him she would move in with a complete stranger and rent a room. CRAZINESS! I told her I refuse to condone this and told her she will put her belongings in storage and move-in with me. I explained to her my brother MUST eventually move out into his own place and learn to live independently. She too will eventually move out into a one bedroom and learn to live independently. I have become extrememly angry over this issue. Not to mention, just yesterday I learned my brother may have an older child he never knew about until recently. Crazy neighbor comes outside his house ranting and raving and cussing....?

Sometimes friends opinions can be very judgmental, but they can also be the most help. I've gone through a similar experience as you (not the same criteria, but similar idea) the entire friendship is one sided. It's never a good thing to have, friendships are supposed to be two sided. I suggest backing slowly away from the friendship, not leaving it abruptly. He started asking us both questions to get to know us better but then it became him just asking me questions. They weren't normal get to know you questions. Since i can remember i have had these experiences, even as a child, but i'm just now understanding the dynamics and possibilities of these experiences. When i was very young i had a dream i was flying through a forest on the back of an owl who swooped down and dropped me off with these elves who lived in a fire station, there was a small closet inside that they pointed me to and once inside i could see all these shelves that i was suppose to climb takibg me upward towards this light at the very top. On the shelves were toys and items of mine that i seemed to be leaving behind and when i reached the light i was in outter space. In front of me were huge marshmellows which were my suspended stepping stones leading me to what i believe was another planet. On my way i saw Willy Wonka who seemed to be welcoming me to this new world, but before i could make it there, i awoke. I had this dream nearly 12 more times that year and the only thing that i could alter was i began being able to steer the owl. As time has passed other dreams became lucid, i would recognize the bizaarness of the dream and say to myself, ok this is a dream now lets see if i can control it. Sometimes things that i dream manifest or somehow happen the following day. Sometimes i wake up and my body lies motionless but my mind is wide awake and i have to try and fling my arm around to wake up my physical body, this has taken up to ten minutes to accomplish before. Last night while i was sleeping next to my gf after a days worth of arguing, my conciousness woke up and was looking at my physical sleeping body holding my sleeping girlfriend and suddenly i heard her yelling and screaming at me like we were in a heated arguement, but she was still laying there in my arms asleep..? Was i hearing her astral body or something? Did her conciousness see me and try to start an argurment lol? This all is so mind blowing as ive been trying to understand these experiences. Any who have experienced similar experiences please share or give your thoughts. I have never done drugs in my life, but was told a dmt trip might really benefit me? Almost considering it for enlightenment purposes. Thoughts??

Can too much sodium make you dizzy?

I usually read labels on food products, but tonight I was in a hurry and grabbed one of those instant Asian instant soup.... As I was eating it....I looked at the label and saw 57% of your daily sodium value. I was shocked, but by that time I was already done. I was laying down in the couch for 1 hour, when I went to get up, I couldn't keep the balance and felt the whole room was spinning.... That was 4 hours ago.... I still can't control balance and Seems like the room was spinning. Could I relate the intake of sodium with this??? Or should I think of something else? I'm female, 23, 115 pounds. Not on Any meds... Any suggestions??? Thanks!

Is there something wrong with me?

I'm starting to get really worried, whenever someone yells at me, (ie. My mom, a friend, my dad.) I cover my ears and clench, my eyes and start to cry. Sometimes I'll scream, (ears still covered eyes still clenched.) And I just CAN'T help it. Sometimes i get so stressed, I'll walk out of the house, muttering, cursing, crying, running deep into my backyard. I'm getting worried that something might be wrong cause I can't help it. Should I see someone for help? Or go to a doctor?

The meaning of life....?

I don't believe in any sort of God that religion has tried to provide. I'm a logical person and I figure that when we die we cease to exist. I'm fifteen, and ever since I've come to this conclusion, I have been really depressed. "I am the moron who wonders why he is carrying the bricks." And I can't stand this, ignorance is bliss and I honestly wish I could just conform blindly and have "faith" in a God, in an afterlife, in meaning. Our earth can sustain life for way longer then I'll be around, that is unless we destroy ourselves by then, and I feel as if everything everyone does is just contributing to society. Every move we make helps man kind evolve one way or another, and I'm depressed at the fact that I won't even see the final product...how man kind ends. I always got sad in school when I heard of people who did hard labor on big projects for most of their lives and died before the final product was erected. For example skyscrapers or railroads. We lay down the tracks, but we never get to ride the rails, all of our work seems to be for nothing. I also fear ceasing to exist, for I am a narcissistic, and it's hard not to appreciate life when it is all you know. I try to live my life as happily as I can, doing the things that make me most happy, just as if eternal return could be true and I will have to live this life over and over, but I just can't get out of this funk. I used to think that near death experiences proved an after life, but I've come to mind altering conclusions. When someone is dying, dmt is being released and they're practically tripping as if on acid. I know from experience with trips that all of this is really in our mind. We see what we want to see when we're dying. People who have these experiences claim that they see their family or go to the gates of heaven, but it's really just because they expect to see this. I've come up with some crazy after life theories any of which can be true, but honestly it just seems reasonable that we cease to exist. When we die, our organs die, including our brain. Our brain stores memory, or past experiences, and instincts and my brother, the smartest person I know, claims that we do not know where consciousness comes from. We create thoughts and apparently science has no answer for our ability for this, I guess it's what some people would call a soul, but it all seems so unlikely. The universe being created was as if a tornado went through a junk yard full of plane parts. The tornado subsides and all of the parts have come together to create an airplane fully capable of sustaining flight, a trip, the trip, that is life. Every ejaculation has more sperm then people in the world right now. My ancestors beat the odds, and I had to as well, and the odds are overwhelmingly against our existence. It's absurd that I'm alive right now, but what does that mean? We are so small, so insignificant relative to the universe, that I feel as though we're significant in our own right. We are significant just for being so insignificant, as far as time is concerned relative to the universe being created, our lives are so short. The time we have alive is so significant, but even seeing this I am still depressed. I search and search for scientific after life theories, for answers to the questions unknown, but there's nothing we can do for we simply do not know enough. We don't know whether time is infinite, or even absolute. And if it is infinite then so is space for where there is space, there is time, and this is all assuming time is absolute, and possibilities and matter finite....so our existence must occur again assuming all of this to be true...and yet eternal return is such an undermined and disregarded theory. Some would say if it were true then life is meaningless, but I have no problem living this life over and over, especially if I'm not so depressed worrying about death and not being. Could this all be a dream? For all we know, I like to think that we're either futuristic and have found the knowledge to be immortal, or we're just God's and one day we decided to create a "mortal life simulation" like a game where we chose a time period and wiped out our memories and when we die we'll remember who we really are. Maybe the whole world centers around me, I don't really believe in solipsism but what is truth? I am truth....I think therefor I am and that's all I can prove, but I don't believe that the least bit. I could honestly just be a ******* moron, and death could be an awakening, it could be something so much better then this....but for me it's just too hard to believe. An afterlife which would to me, bring meaning to this life, is like when I root for an under dog. She likes you for sure! I sort of know how she feels, you like a guy who is your friend and you think he likes you but he doesn't. She doesn't want to make things awkward by saying she likes you. You need to step up and work it into a conversation that you think she likes you or that you like her. If she is telling her friends and they act like that when they see you its been more than just baptism talk. Life without drugs....how?

So what do sober people do? I mean for the last 5 years it was weed, lsd & lsa, mescaline, dmt, coke, oxycontin, shrooms, xanax, uppers, downers, DXM, Ibogaine, Salvia, opium, nitrious, etc. as often as possible, about everyday. however om my last trip and many trips before that one I have HORRIFING TERRIFYING life changing experiences mostly for the worst. So it got to the point where I couldnt even take a hit from a joint without being thrown into a panic attack. So alll at once I quit. No withdrawls (i was addicted to getting high, not any specific drug in particular) just a sudden stop to one hell of a ride. Just the thought of the anxiety makes me freak out. It got real real bad, so ive been sober 2 Months now and I have no intentions of going back. ever. it was a bumpy ride. so now i just wanna know what do sober people do? i mean before I sat at home ALL day gettin high and being lazy. if i was bored i smoked a joint and so on. But now i sit at home all day and hardly do anything. To make a sefisticated simple: How do I relean to live? in evey aspect of life its different now. I feel like im growing up all over again. idk, if you understand what I mean to an extent, advice would be cool

Me and this girl have been 'sex buddies' for a couple of weeks now, and we've made a deal not to turn it into anything bigger than that. Okay, when i scroll down for the list of songs on iTunes, about 3/4 of the screen stays still, and the bottom and top of the song list move, but not the middle part, which is really irritating me when i wanna listen to some music. 2 fighter jets flew east near Buffalo, NY yesterday 6/26/11 at about 5:45pm. Where are they from or going?

I'm in Cheektowaga, NY, an eastern suburb of Buffalo, NY. By the time I saw them after thinking they didn't sound like typical jets flying overhead after taking off from Buffalo Niagara International, they were already 1/2 - 3/4 of a mile east of my position. They were about 2,000 feet up. From what I could tell, they looked like A10 Warthogs. They both seemed to have the large tail section and turbines mounted at the rear section of the fuselage near the tail. They weren't moving as if they were in a hurry (scrambling), but certainly were moving at a decent clip. I can't say for sure that these were indeed A10s, but at the time I saw them, that's what I thought they were. Any idea what air bases in the Northeast US have A10s or somewhat similar aircraft? I'm not finding much accurate information at the moment. We get the occasional C130 (Niagara Air Reserve Station) passing over, but very rarely do we get a fighter, let alone 2, zipping through our airspace.

Funny bone, help!?!?!?!?!?

So here is my problem, I went on a school trip for my GCSE exams when they finish, and we went to drayton manor (Dont go its boring -_-) anyway, there were no lines so me and my mates climbed through the bars to get to the front of the ride, so i climbed through and whamm!! i hit my funny bone hard on the inside of my elbow as i was pulling myself over, T've hit my funny bone before but this on really really hurt and i had cramp in my middle finger to my little finger, i also had sharp pins and needles, this happened for about a minute and after that the cramp slowley warn off, but ever since then (2 days ago) it is very tender on my left inside elbow and if i even lean on it it causes a horrible shooting pain down my arm (or even flicking it, no really its that bad) , is there any way of hurrying up the process of repair.and what is going on and why is it still so tender ??
