How to deal with a MANIACAL friend?

Sounds like she hasn't really developed that well. I guess she is just allot more immature than you guys regrettably i have no advice as to how to fix her or make her mature faster because every person has to reach that place on their own so there is nothing i can really tell you on how to do this. If she acts allot younger than you guys than i am afraid you would have to lose her.
