Do you think non-addictive psychoactive substances should remain illegal?

This includes non-toxic psychedelic drugs with cross tolerance including LSD, psilocybin mushrooms, mescaline, DMT, etc. They are essentially impossible to get addicted to and most cannot be overdosed on, unlike numerous OTC medicines.
