I left my job trough bullying is there anything i can do?

I worked at poundland for just under 3 years, An american girl started to work there and she did not like me. I tried to get along with her after all its just work right, But she is one of those people if she don't like you then thats it. Then her husband started to work there and i thought great someone else to hate me. Anyway things got worse she started saying things about me so i wrote a status on facebook saying i know what you've saying about me f**k off you lard ***! The next thing i know im taken into the office and suspended! for status that never even had her name in and could have been about anyone! I had to attend several meetings over a 3 week period and tho whole time i denied that the status was about her. After 3 weeks they said that i could come back to work but i would have a final warning on my record for a year and that i will be on a probation for the year. I was quite shocked as everyone including the managers were saying that i'll be sacked! The day i came back to work my locker had been emptied and all my stuff was gone and not one person would talk to me just shot me evil looks and mutter to each other. The first day was hell and it just got worse the next day so i quit (stupid i know) but now im living off my savings and finding it hard to find another job and im starting to feel that it really isn't fair as i felt forced out. I was just wondering if i had any rights or if i could do anything?
