Is it mandatory to get a pap test at Planned Parenthood for free birth control?

I'm on the family pact program and I received free birth control last year, but I heard from a friend that in order to get it for free again I need to get a pap test after a year. Will they deny me birth control if I don't get one this week? I only have one week of pills left so I'm in a hurry. Please only answer if you're positive and know from experience. Thanks!
