Why is my dad so obsessed with me not smoking weed?

Honestly I'm not even interested in trying it anymore. Bub if it is a movie that has people smoking weed in it he might go on a rant about it it's like he is so scared of me trying it. By really I don't want to I really want to try DMT,Acid and Mushrooms tho.
