Will switching my neck pickup effect the tone of the bridge pickup?

I own a Dean ML ATF3000 electric guitar with Seymour Duncan SH-6's in the neck and bridge. I don't like the dirty or clean tones that come from the neck PU. So I'm thinking of putting the stock Dean DMT Time Capsule back in the neck. Will this mess up the tone of my SH-6 in the bridge?
