How do i get rid of my infected cuts?

okay so I slid on the side walk after trying to bail off my bike cause i knew it was falling. And I slid on the side walk. I had a big bloody scrape and scrapes the big one is fine just that two of the smaller ones got infected. they hurt like a mother F(beep)r. I DONT have to get them drained yet... they look sorta like two pimples on my leg and about red 1 inch around them and sore in the red area.... what kind of infection is it! and how do I get rid of it before it need it drained (i dont like needles) thanks and hurry up with the answers!!!!!
