Can you take DMT while on antidepressants?

Im talking about Dmt the drug. Can I take it while on Zoloft? I read on a few forums on the internet that antidep. like Zoloft can reduce the high from a substance like Dmt. Or can I be possible to make the high more intense? And if it reduces the high is it still worth it/can you still "breakthrough"?
